In the heart of France, in a distillery dating back to 1875, we carefully guard the secret of making SOBER-Rum, the world's first non-alcoholic spirit, made out of an authentic French rum. This process takes several days and requires almost half a dozen different techniques, the main one being distillation in copper stills that are over a century old.

ADVICE FOR USE
For all your cocktails, SOBER-Rum is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same proportions as an alcoholic rum. (on average, 4cl to 5cl per glass). Although some love it pure, it is a mixology product. The full potential of Sober-Rum is revealed in cocktails.
